PRODUCTS
All our products are handmade and there may be slight variations in appearance. We do our best to accurately represent the colors and details of our products in the photos.
PRICES
Our product prices include VAT and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are added at checkout.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal and cash on delivery. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
SHIPPINGS
We ship our products throughout Greece within 7 working days, with the exception of busy periods. In such cases, there may be delays, of which we will inform you in time.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns within 14 days of pickup, as long as the products are in their original condition and packaging. To start the return process, contact us by email or phone. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or has been shipped in error.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Your information is used exclusively for order processing and is not shared with third parties.
