We ship our products all over Greece, ensuring that you will receive them immediately and safely. Shipments are typically made within 7 working days from the day of your order. During busy periods, such as holidays and sales, there may be slight delays.

RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
To begin the return process, please contact us by email or by phone, quoting the order number and reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with a refund or replacement, depending on your preference. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or has been shipped in error.
